Exclusively Gluten Free has been created by two sisters, Natalie who is wheat gluten intolerant and Rachel who was professionally trained at Leith’s School of Food and Wine.
After finding it hard to buy a selection box of gluten free treats and only being given the option of a gluten free brownie in popular establishments (if you know, you know), they decided to get baking. With a 5 star hygiene rated kitchen and years of experience, as Rachel has been running Rachel’s Creative Cooking, they have a real passion for putting a smile on people’s faces with food.
Based in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, they will be personally delivering Gluten Free Treats Boxes to your doorstep on Saturdays. Please bare with them if you aren’t local they are in the process of setting up a delivery service that can provide to people further afield.
If you are interested please email to order or if you have any questions feel free to email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
More about the owners:
Natalie has suffered with a wheat gluten intolerance for about 5 years now which she only came to realise when checking if she had any allergies whilst trying to rid herself of migraines.
Natalie says “I know the struggle of eating out with an allergy, the awkwardness of telling someone you have to eat gluten free and the fact you have to look at the menu before you arrive to see if there is even anything you can eat. I know what it’s like to only be offered a gluten free brownie in certain chains which is why we have decided as much as we love a good brownie not to bake them but to give you something different.”
Coming from a foodie family they both have a real interest in what they’re eating, creating new recipes and eating new foods. Rachel says “after years of trial and error we are confident to say we can bake a tasty gluten free cake and our gluten free pastry is a must have.”
Natalie adds “Think of our sweet treats like sisters and not twins as no two slices are the same. They are all baked from scratch using our own recipes and ingredients that contain no gluten in. If you and a friend both have a Treat Box and they don’t look identical then make the most of it! Your boxes should have character and individuality.”
