Hibiscus Supper Club

Hibiscus are usually an event caterer, providing catering for both private and corporate events, specialising in marquee wedding catering, but really doing all sorts of events.

However at this time, whilst the world is all a bit strange and there are no events to cater for, the ‘Hibiscus Supper Club’ was born.

The meals are all created in their 5* production kitchen and then chilled, so they can be reheated at the client’s leisure. Deliveries take place between 11am and 3pm.

Hibiscus offer a choice to everyone who is ordering, it’s not a set meal, which allows people to take their pick from the menu (as if they were ordering in a restaurant). There are also three starters, four main courses and three desserts to choose from, and there is the option to add a cheese course. The menus change every two weeks to keep things interesting. There is no minimum order, so one meal for one person can be ordered. There is no additional delivery charge.

Jo told us “we have been asked by quite a few clients to provide the meals as a gift for others, where they are celebrating a special occasion or just as an ‘I’m missing you’ gift, as well as gift vouchers.” And this is where hiya bucks come in …. as a treat for Helen for her recent birthday a 3 course meal was ordered and delivered to her door.

Helen from hiya bucks says “wow, what a treat! I had no idea this had been organised and I was so excited to discover that dinner had already been cooked for us on this occasion. The reheating instructions were very clear and simple and the food was delicious, especially the starter of caramelised red onion, brie and thyme galette which really woke up our tastebuds. The braised beef brisket wellington was superb and my husband was thrilled to discover a giant chocolate profiterole was for dessert.”

Weekly bookings open on Monday morning at 10am until Wednesday at noon.
