South Bucks RSPCA needs your help

South Bucks Branch of the RSPCA (Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals) is urgently seeking animal lovers with some retail experience to help in the local charity’s three shops located in Chesham, Burnham and Princes Risborough.

As well as volunteer roles there are part-time, salaried vacancies for an assistant manager and donations processor in Chesham, a sales assistant in Burnham and two managers in Princes Risborough. These managerial positions would best suit people with a customer service background.

South Bucks RSPCA cares for local unwanted or abused animals. Many arrive from homes where their owners can no longer look after them for one reason or another. We also support the work of the inspectors helping to provide care for animals at risk and, after assessment, finding suitable new homes for them. Being almost totally self-funding, we rely upon the income from these shops along with the generosity of individuals, companies and groups to enable us to continue helping local animals.

If you can spare a few hours, please email for more details about the vacancies. For information about South Bucks RSPCA visit
